Cameron Diaz' Tuesday night started out well at boyfriend, Justin Timberlake's, LA CD release party. She definitely was not looking boring in black and her brunette hair is gorgeous. However, later in the evening the kids were allegedly almost run over by an x17 photographer while leaving a friends' house in Hollywood. X17 realeased a statement on their blog with their version of the incident that involves the stars verbally and physically assaulting their photographer. The photographer also alleges that Cameron and a member of her entourage stood in front of his car and that he did not try to hit them. Cameron filed a police report early Wednesday morning. The photogrpaher is planning on doing the same. I wish that stars would just be nice to the paps faces and then have their bodyguards stalk the ones that bug them.
