Hilary and John have been spending plenty of time together since her divorce. He was her date at the Academy Awards in March, and since then, they've been spotted working out together, sunbathing and shopping in Beverly Hills. While her reps continued to deny that the two are a couple, the relationship isn't a secret at John's office. "Everyone at CAA's talking about it," says an insider, who adds that it's been easy for the two to downplay their romance because "John can say, 'I've got to go somewhere with a client.' It just so happens that client is always Hilary." In fact, the two were in Rome to promote Hilary's new film, The Black Dahlia.
