Playboy is tres sleazy. After Jessica Alba declined a paid offer to pose for the cover of the magazine, Playboy allegedly "resorted to a ruse to obtain a promotional photo of a bikini-clad Alba from Columbia Pictures." Jessica's lawyers are threatening to sue Hugh Hefner & Co as Jessica is incensed that people would make the assumption that the cover picture implies that she'd appear in a "nude or semi-nude pictorial."
