The former Miss Massachussetts Teen USA 1996 is wearing the perfect summer outfit, though the beads on her necklace are a bit too big. I like how this Emerson College grad is wearing dainty heels to dress up her outfit. Menounos who self-described her laugh as a cross between Fran Drescher and Woody Woodpecker, looks pretty in green.
