Everyone is assuming that Lindsay Lohan is going to rehab to get help. Given that she's allowed to work during the day and only has to spend the night at Wonderland--that's highly doubtful. Her current film's insurer is most likely insisting that she stays in rehab for the duration of the film. And her highly publicized AA meetings? Could be another ploy to placate her current and future film producers and insurers. Expect for more stories to come out in the near future about her partying in private.
