Beyonce Goes Posh

It looks like Beyonce has been taking some lessons from Posh on how to pose, wear red lipstick, tight skirts, and Posh's favorite staple: a crisp white shirt. Maybe Operation 'Posh' Makeover has moved onto Beyonce from Katie Holmes.
