Kate Moss was back to her super-stylish self wearing a hippie chic dress the other day. Last week she wore a long-sleeved T-shirt dress (above) while shopping in Malibu. Loved her signature belt, but hated the dress. She could have just thrown it over a bikini for a spur-of-the-moment shopping trip--let's hope that was the case.

Gray and drab is her enemy. Age, neglect and hard living has caught up with Miss Moss. Obviously she is not a young teen and she needs every beauty/makeup tip and flattering dress technique to compensate for her scraggly worn appearance.
