Where has Sienna Miller gone? Apparently, she's been hiding out where photographers can't find her and somewhere that has food. Sienna came out of hiding this week to wear a Cinderella dress to the opera in New York. I don't know what's happening with her chest in this picture and she's in desperate need of lipstick, but the dress is gorgeous and she isn't Edie Sedgwick thin anymore, which is a good thing.
