Who Wore it Best?

OK. I usually think it's cheesy when magazines or blogs take similar outfits and compare them, but I couldn't resist this one. I'm interested in which dress you think works better because both have similar patterns. Is Paris' dress too much and Tara's spot on? Or is Tara's dress too Forever 21 and Paris' more unique?

I actually like Tara's better than Paris. Shocker! There's something about the pattern in Paris' dress especially on the lower half, that I just don't like.

I really don't care for either. If I have to pick - I say Paris' is better, but agreed with Kiki that the pattern on the lower half is bad - looks like it's darker in an underwear sort of pattern so that if you wear any it wouldn't show through. Tara's just looks cheap. I can't see the top portion properly, but it looks to me like a tube top sewed onto a pouf skirt. Ick.

Paris' dress looks almost couture...Tara's looks like she got it at Dillards.
