Lindsay Lohan has purchased one of Marilyn Monroe's former residences, a 2-bedroom ground-floor apartment in the West Hollywood El Palacio Apartments. Marilyn's former address via Marilyn Monroe Pages etc.:

I've always wanted to live on Fountain Ave., but the apartments that I fancy are millions of dollars. Let's hope that LL can find happiness and sobriety in the apartment that 20-year-old heiress Georgette Bauerdorf and actress Dorothy Dandridge both died in. "In 1944, Bauerdorf was found strangled, face down in her bathtub, while Dandridge committed suicide by OD'ing on barbiturates in 1965." Yeah, I'd totally want to live there, too. Marilyn Monroe lived in the apartment from 1947 - 1948, but did not die there. I wonder if LL would invite me there for a seance?
