Paris Hilton's jewelry in "The Hottie and the Nottie" consisted of a delicate 18k gold and diamond butterfly necklace that was designed by Cynthia Bach and the movie's costume designer, Christopher Lawrence. Her diamond briallete earrings were also Cynthia Bach originals. Christopher revealed to BAT that the butterfly necklace was synonymous with the transformational theme of the film.
