I guess that Miu Miu thought Lindsay Lohan wasn't hot enough to star in their ad campaign as herself, so they made her look like someone else. Tres rude. It's good that LL is wearing some of her gratis Miu Miu merchandise like the heels she wore in the ad. Don't you think Miu Miu should've made sure that LL got photographed first wearing their Nappa Patch Satchel instead of the obviously ungrateful Keira Knightley?
