Fashion Friday: Chanel Hearts Keira

Keira Knightley looks gorgeous in both of these pictures. She was announced quite some time ago as the new face of Chanel's Coco Mademoiselle perfume, but the first ad above has just come out. I'm not sure if it's in magazine's yet. I guess it's no coincidence that the makeup she's wearing on June's Vogue cover (and probably in her photo spread) is by Chanel. I had to have the lipstick she was wearing on the cover. $32 later I got it in a cute baby Barenys bag. I never knew that Chanel lipstick was so pricey. If you want the color it's from their new line Rouge Allure in Evanescent. The packaging is tres modern and high-tech--I guess that's another reason why it's so exepensive.

be careful of lipstick by certain companies *Chanel being one of them. They contain lead, which causes cancer. Yves St. Laurent is one of them as well. Scary.

Yeah, it's pricey and was listed in an email I received as having a very high lead content. Also listed was Clinique, and YSL. I'll stick w/M.A.C.- a brand that wasn't on the lead list.

Threw my Chanel out long time ago when saw that list. Bobbi Brown is not on the lead list either.

Those are some great photos. I generally dislike the really skinny peeps, but Kiera pulls it off. I think it's natural on her; it has to be for somebody.
